Blue Sky
Water
My first picture is of wheat. This picture may not look like it means alot, but in reality it means alot to me personally. Over the summer I worked for Campus management in downtown Ann Arbor. While working I spent hours working on farm land all by myself, doing really hard labor. At first I hated it and dreaded coming into work, and debated quitting and working at a basic fast food restaurant. However i decided to stick with it, and eventually it started to grow on me. By the end of the summer I almost liked working alone in the middle of farm land with no one around. It was a sense of relaxation that i couldn't find anywhere else. This is why I took this photo to remind me of last summer.
Nature
This is a picture of the woods, and nature. Sometimes when I don't feel the greatest, and I just want to be alone I will just walk through the woods. I like nature like this because you don't have to deal with other people, and you leave all of your problems behind. It's just very relaxing to walk through the woods like this, and really think, and see how beautiful this world really is. I love walking through the woods, and driving around with no destination down a road no one knows about in the forest. It's very relaxing, and it helps me to forget about all of my problems. Hopefully these two pictures capture the same feeling in you as they do in me.

Dusk
Sunset
My second picture is of a pond. I Took this picture because I plan to spend my summer this year up north on the lake. This photo reminds me of life at the lake. It also excites me for wonderfully fun summer of beautiful sunsets, water skiing, wakeboarding, Tubing, Kayaking, and swimming. This photo really excites me for the summer especially considering I am a senior this year, and I will be done with high school. I can't put into words how excited I am for summer, so i hope these pictures help to convey my message.
Woods
Pine Tree
My next photo is a picture of a pine tree. It may look like a basic photo, but it has a much deeper meaning to me. I remember when i was young my grandma would always invite our whole family up to her cottage. When all of us grandkids were born she would plant a pine tree. Every year I will go up, and look at how much that tree has grown in 18 years. I also like to look at all of my cousins, and brothers tress, as she planted one for each grandkid when they were born. As every year goes by the tree gets a little bigger, and i get a little older. I can't wait to see what these pine trees look like in 20 years.
Water, blue
My final set of pictures is of a small pond. This picture makes me think of fishing, the cattails, and stones just make me think of long days of fishing. I can't wait for this summer so I can get more serious about fishing. I plan to buy some more fishing pools, and luers. I'm not the best fisherman, so I hope some of my friends can teach me how to fish better, and hopefully I will have some real success. This picture really excites me for fishing over the summer.
